Olympic Lifting

Weightlifting, also called Olympic-style weightlifting, or Olympic weightlifting, is an athletic discipline in the modern Olympic program in which the athlete attempts a maximum-weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates.  Olympic lifting classes will focus on the various lifts, the proper techniques for each of them and allow you to develop your strength to attain that all important single lift.  Once you have found your footing with the Olympic lifts, you’ll also take the principle of high intensity training and combine it with these lifts.   It wouldn’t be CrossFit, otherwise!
